At Final F Stop, we’re not just photographers — we’re storytellers with cameras, light chasers, and professional memory-makers who never take ourselves too seriously (but always take your photos seriously).
We’re Dustin Otero and Javier Espitia — two Fresno-based photographers who turned our shared obsession with capturing life’s best moments into something bigger. We come from different paths: Dustin grew up behind the lens shooting sports and portraits with precision, while Javier (aka JE.Frames) built a reputation for bold, dynamic photos and a knack for finding the perfect angle.
Together, we created Final F Stop — a one-stop shop (see what we did there?) for photography and video that captures real moments, real emotions, and the real you.

Javier Espitia is a U.S. military veteran turned photographer with a passion for freezing life’s best moments in time. Known online as JE.Frames, Javier built his reputation capturing bold portraits, action-packed sports shots, and authentic lifestyle sessions.
After serving his country, Javier found a new mission: telling stories through his lens. His attention to detail, discipline, and creativity come together to create images that feel powerful and personal. Whether he’s on the sidelines, in the studio, or shooting on location, Javier brings energy, professionalism, and a good sense of humor to every project.
Dustin Otero
Photographer
Dustin Otero is a Fresno-based photographer with a love for capturing raw, real moments — from fast-paced sports action to heartfelt portraits. Known for his laid-back personality and sharp creative eye, Dustin has turned his lifelong passion for photography into a thriving career.
When he’s not behind the camera, you’ll find Dustin scouting new locations, cracking jokes, and keeping the vibes fun and relaxed on set. His goal is simple: to make sure every client not only loves their photos but enjoys the process of creating them.
